Sunday Stills Challenge: Things With Wings























Well I love this one there is allot of thing's with wings around and its a real challenge to get them while they are hanging out.

    I'm honored Ed chose my idea. I think it was a good one, too. It's challenging, but anyone can do it if they only keep their eyes open...which you obviously have. Wow! Amazing macro and close-up shots of insects. Beautifully done!

    Love the iridescent wings on the first one, and the composition on the 2 black and orange beetles! Really nice!

    Not a fan of the insect shots - but these were worth holding my breath to see. Love the colours in the first one.

    Neat to see the shimmer of color on the first insect's wings, and how the background texture (whatever it is) looks like a moonscape. I also like the electric color on the blue beetle. Good job!

    You must have a very good camera. Did you have to scour far and side to look for such small creatures and find them mating?
